LEGAL POLICY

Product listings may include photographs, descriptions, transmission codes, part numbers, mileage, condition, pricing and estimated compatibility information. These details are provided to help customers review each product before purchasing. We reserve the right to correct errors involving pricing, availability, specifications or listing information.

Customers are responsible for confirming fitment before placing an order. Verify the vehicle year, make, model, engine, drivetrain, transmission code, part number, production date and VIN. Transmissions that appear identical may use different electronics, connectors, gear ratios or programming.

We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect vehicle information, aftermarket modifications, drivetrain conversions, previous repairs or the purchase of an incompatible product. Providing a VIN does not replace the customer’s responsibility to confirm all relevant transmission identification information.

Every transmission and related component must be inspected before installation and installed by a qualified transmission professional. Manufacturer procedures must be followed, including using the correct fluid, replacing required filters and seals, servicing the cooler and cooler lines, checking the torque converter, completing programming and performing any required relearn procedures.

We are not liable for damage or failure resulting from improper installation, contaminated fluid or cooler lines, overheating, incorrect programming, electrical problems, abuse, racing, excessive towing, vehicle modifications or inadequate maintenance.

Unless a product listing or written agreement states otherwise, merchandise is sold according to its listed description. Used products may show ordinary cosmetic wear or signs of previous use. Any warranty supplied by a manufacturer, rebuilder or remanufacturer is controlled and serviced by that provider.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential expenses. This includes labor, diagnostic work, towing, storage, rental vehicles, lost income, lost time or damage to other vehicle components.

Submitting payment or receiving an automated confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of an order. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, incorrect listing information, payment concerns, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions or another valid business reason. If a paid order is canceled by us, the applicable payment will be returned to the original payment method.

These policies may be revised when necessary. The version active on the purchase date will apply to that order. Nothing in these policies is intended to restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
